1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FiveGateway ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FiveGateway is operated by FiveGateway ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

FiveGateway provides a web-based dashboard for managing FiveM game servers, including player management, logging, statistics, moderation tools, and related features. The Service is offered in free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service - Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others - Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. FiveM Resource

We provide a FiveM resource to connect your game server to the Service. You are responsible for installing and maintaining this resource on your server. We are not responsible for any issues caused by modifications you make to the resource.

6. Paid Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service (player data, logs, etc.). You grant us a license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service. We may delete data in accordance with the retention limits of your plan.

8. Availability and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
